We shoot on Sunday afternoons (13:00 &#8211; 16:00), and Monday and Tuesday evenings (17:30 &#8211; dusk) at Wicken Sports Club Field (What3words location: <a href=\"https:\/\/w3w.co\/lamppost.recorder.notices\">lamppost.recorder.notices<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m14!1m8!1m3!1d9814.416596134008!2d-0.9127389!3d52.0505222!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x0%3A0x4e5245862b4bbd20!2sWicken%20Archery%20Club!5e0!3m2!1sen!2suk!4v1616278418919!5m2!1sen!2suk\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The indoor season (mid-September &#8211; mid-April) is held on Sunday mornings (10:00 &#8211; 12:00) and Monday evenings from 19:00pm &#8211; 21:00pm in the sports dome on the Akeley Wood Sixth Form site (What3words location <a href=\"https:\/\/what3words.com\/medium.known.shortens\">medium.known.shortens<\/a>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d8664.020032276612!2d-1.0035808685484036!3d52.05191265315148!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x48771d18090fd0f1%3A0xe344e3ff33fc46de!2sAkeley%20Wood%20Six%20Form%20College%20%EF%BC%88AW6)!5e1!3m2!1sen!2suk!4v1767177103805!5m2!1sen!2suk\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" style=\"border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer-when-downgrade\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally there is <em>some<\/em> outdoor shooting during the winter months on Sunday afternoons and Tuesday evenings, but limited by light and weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"fees\">Wicken Archery Club membership fees for 2025\/26 are set at \u00a319 per month for Adult members, and \u00a310 per month for Under 21s. This covers both indoor and outdoor shooting for the season.&nbsp;Please note membership of Archery GB is also <strong>required <\/strong>to be able to shoot at Wicken Archery Club, and this is paid directly to Archery GB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visiting archers can also join on an ad hoc basis for \u00a319 per month, so long as they have a valid Archery GB membership in place with another club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership fees are reviewed at the AGM in August and subject to change for the following year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coaching<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wicken Archery Club has two Level 2 Development coaches and 4 Level 1 Session coaches who are all actively involved in delivering beginners&#8217; courses and supporting club nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Safeguarding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an Archery GB affiliated club Wicken Archery Club strives to be an archery club that is safe and welcoming for all and compliant with <a href=\"https:\/\/archerygb.org\/about\/safeguarding\">Archery GB policies and procedures<\/a>. Alternatively, there are national <a href=\"https:\/\/archerygb.org\/about\/safeguarding\/report-a-concern\">Archery GB contacts<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Archery is accessible and inclusive; Wicken Archery Club aims to support all those who wish to participate in the sport.
